Google results are cluttered with ads, outdated listings, and telehealth spam. Patients deserve a single, unbiased resource where they can compare clinics by location, medications offered, telehealth availability, pricing, and patient reviews.
That's why we built GlobalGLP1. Listings are researched using multiple data sources, with each field showing its source and verification level. Promoted placements are always clearly labeled. The information you see is the information that matters.

GlobalGLP1 was founded in 2026 by a team with 17 years of experience in technology product development and digital publishing. We saw how difficult it was for patients to find trustworthy GLP-1 providers online and decided to build the resource we wished existed.
We're an independent company based in Miami, Florida. We're not affiliated with any pharmaceutical manufacturer, telehealth platform, or clinic network. Our revenue comes from optional premium listings that give clinics enhanced profiles — not from selling patient data, running ads, or manipulating search rankings.

Multi-source research: Clinic listings are built from Google Places data (address, phone, hours, reviews) and official clinic websites (medications, telehealth, pricing). Each listing shows a completeness score and source labels so you know how thorough the data is.
Medication confirmation: GLP-1 medication availability is verified by reviewing each clinic's official website for prescribing information. Clinics that cannot be confirmed as GLP-1 providers are removed from the directory. We've removed over 180 non-qualifying providers since launch.
Ongoing maintenance: Listings are refreshed regularly. Clinic owners who claim their profile can update their information directly, ensuring their hours, medications, pricing, and contact details stay current. Owner-provided data is labeled as such for full transparency.
Listing order & transparency: By default, clinics with Premium listings appear first, followed by all other clinics sorted by Google patient rating. Premium clinics also appear in a "Featured Clinics" section on city and state pages. All paid placements are clearly labeled. You can change the sort order at any time. Our editorial content, medication data, and patient reviews are never influenced by paid relationships. See our full methodology.
