Corrections
& Updates
We get things wrong sometimes. Phone numbers change, clinics move, medication lists shift, prices update. When you tell us something is incorrect, here is exactly what happens and how fast you should expect a response.
Directory data refreshed: March 2026.
Three ways to flag
an error
Email us: Send the page URL and what is wrong to [email protected]. This is the fastest path. Include a screenshot if you have one.
Use the "Suggest an edit" link on any clinic page. The form is short and routes directly to our review queue.
Clinic owners: Sign in to your owner portal to update your own listing directly. Owner edits are reflected immediately.
Our service
commitments
Safety or factual errors (incorrect medication information, dangerous claims, mislabeled providers): reviewed within 2 business days. Verified errors are corrected immediately and the page is re-published the same day.
Listing details (phone, hours, address, website, services offered, pricing): reviewed within 5 business days. We cross-check against the clinic's own website and Google Business profile before publishing changes.
Editorial corrections on blog posts and guides: reviewed within 5 business days. Substantive corrections are dated and noted at the bottom of the post.
Removal requests from clinic owners: confirmed within 3 business days. We require verification that the requester is authorized to act for the clinic.
The kinds of corrections
we handle
Always corrected: Wrong phone numbers, outdated addresses, closed clinics, incorrect medication lists, broken website links, misspelled clinic names, and inaccurate review counts.
Updated on request with verification: Pricing, accepted insurance, telehealth availability, operating hours, and clinic descriptions. We cross-check against the source before publishing.
Editorial corrections: Factual errors in blog posts or medication guides. We update the article, add a dated correction note at the bottom, and refresh the schema.
Not corrected on request: Patient reviews (real reviews are not removed unless they violate our review policy), Google rating data (sourced from Google directly), and ranking position on editorial pages (these reflect data and policy, not preference).
How we handle
disputed information
If a clinic disputes information we have published, we re-check against the original source (their website, their Google Business profile, or their owner-submitted profile). If we cannot resolve the conflict from public sources, we contact the clinic directly. If the dispute remains unresolved, we add a note to the listing indicating the field is contested and remove the disputed claim.
Editorial corrections on blog posts and guides are dated and remain visible at the bottom of the post. We do not silently rewrite published articles to hide errors.
