Before you write, it is worth checking the list below. Four of the five things people email us about have a faster route than email, and each one is one click away.

You are looking for a clinic. Use search or browse by state, then send your question straight to the clinic from its own page. That reaches the people who can actually book you in, and it is much faster than going through us.

You run a clinic and something on your listing is wrong. Find your listing and use the claim link on it. Claiming is free, and once you are verified you can correct your own details, see the inquiries we are holding for you, and keep everything current yourself. If you have already claimed it, sign in to your portal.

You spotted an error on a page we published. Our corrections page explains what we fix, how to report it, and how long each kind of fix takes.

You are a clinic weighing up a paid listing. The for clinics page covers what is included and what it costs.

Include the page address you are writing about and, if something looks wrong, a screenshot. It saves a round trip and gets your answer back sooner.

Reporting an error? The corrections page lists our published response times, from two business days for anything about safety or accuracy, up to five for listing details.

We are a directory, not a clinic. Nobody here can give you medical advice, tell you whether a medication is right for you, write a prescription, or take a booking. Those questions belong with a licensed provider, and the clinics listed on this site can answer them.

We cannot tell you whether your own plan covers a medication. Only your insurer can confirm that. What we can do is explain the rules in plain English, and our insurance guides set out what each carrier and program currently says, with sources and dates.
