I am Dr. Habib Dalhoumi, the proud founder and director of Inspire Wellness in beautiful San Diego, California. My career began with a medical degree from the Indiana School of Medicine in 2001, followed by a Family Medicine residency completed in 2004. Beyond serving nearly a decade as an associate director in a leading urgent care group in Southern California, my path led me to create Inspire Wellness in 2011. With advanced training in Obesity Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement, weight management, and non-surgical cosmetics, including over 1000 PDO thread facelifts and more than 10,000 Botox and dermal filler treatments, I’ve dedicated my career to the art of wellness. My passion extends beyond innovative aesthetic treatments and longevity optimization; it’s deeply rooted in the connections I forge with each individual. I believe in a mutual learning experience where I share my knowledge, empowering those I’m blessed to work with to become informed creators of their own wellness journey. My goal is to educate each person so thoroughly that they feel equipped to make unbiased, evidence-based decisions about their health as if they were their own doctors. This unique approach not only fosters individual growth and self-care but also inspires a ripple effect, enabling our clients to inspire others through their wellness achievements and self discovery.
