Most GLP-1 Clinics Still Hide Their Prices

We checked every clinic in our directory. Only 22% show a price before you have to call or hand over your contact details. Here is the state-by-state picture.

The Bottom Line

Across 3,324 U.S. GLP-1 weight loss clinics, just 22% (731 clinics) publish a price a patient can see up front. The other 78% make you reach out first. That rate is low for the whole category. It is still about 5.0 times the 4.4% that the largest competing directory reports in its own 2026 data report.

Methodology

This index covers 3,324 U.S. GLP-1 and weight loss clinics in the GlobalGLP1.com directory, as of June 2026. We start the directory from the public federal NPI Registry (CMS NPPES), then add details from Google Places and a review of each clinic's own website.

How we define "publishes a price"

  • A clinic counts as transparent if it lists one or more prices a patient can see before contacting it.
  • "Call for pricing" pages and consultation-only pages do not count.
  • We count the clinic, not each price, so a clinic with five listed prices still counts once.

How we compare to other directories

  • The 4.4% figure for the largest competing directory comes from its own published 2026 data report, not from our analysis.
  • We hold ourselves to the same test and report our own 22% plainly. It is low, and the whole category has room to improve.
